All bedroom reservations must be guaranteed/confirmed by either credit card or email/written confirmation. To avoid a cancellation fee notification 48hrs in advance of arrival is required otherwise the full charge for the first evening will be processed as a cancellation fee. Cancellations should also be confirmed by email.

This specification is issued by Adamo in its capacity as venue for the client. The objectives of these Terms and Conditions is to protect all parties through providing a better understanding of their contractual obligations.
It is understood that all legitimate charges made by the hotel in connection with any booking are the responsibility of the client.
To arrange credit facilities the Hotel requires 14 days notice prior to arrival.
Payment is due for credit accounts 28 days following the date of invoice. In the event of payment being overdue, interest at 2% above the current payable bank base rate will be added to your account.
All bookings are considered to be provisional until a confirmation letter/email has been sent by the client. On receipt of this confirmation all such provisions reserved on your behalf will be subject to the terms and conditions.
For residential and day delegate events, clients are required to state the minimum number attending the event at the time of booking. This in turn will be charged by the hotel as a minimum cost regardless of further reduction in numbers below this minimum.
Any proposed amendments to the booking should be notified to the hotel no less than 48 hours prior to the date of the booking and must be stated in writing.
In the unfortunate circumstances that you have to cancel or postpone your confirmed booking, cancellation charges are as follows:
The hotel will make every effort to re-sell the facilities cancelled. Definitive cancellation charges due can only be confirmed to you after the intended date of your event when we shall reduce the charge by the profit on any alternative business secured.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel this booking under circumstances outwith its control. If this situation arises any monies/deposits paid by the client up to this date will be refunded in full.
No wines, spirits or foods brought into the hotel may be consumed
Prices quoted include VAT at the rate prevailing when the booking was made and are subject to alterations should the rate change.
