Adamo Stirling is currently recruiting for a full time waiter/waitress. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 4 star boutique hotel, be passionate about hospitality and have good communication skills. The successful candidate will be involved in the daily running of the restaurant and bar, serving drinks, taking orders and handling cash.

Adamo Bridge of Allan is looking to recruit junior managers to join our existing team. The ideal junior managers will have previous experience working in a hotel environment, ideally at a 4 star standard. You must be able to demonstrate your leadership skills and passion for the trade and be an effective communicator. It will be your job to see the smooth running of the hotel and have a professional attitude in all areas. Experience in food and beverage and events is required, training is provided for those who do not have a personal license.

Junior Managers considering this role could be a supervisor looking for the next step or a restaurant manager looking for more insight in to the hotel business. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are an important part of this job along with a friendly personality. Ability to motivate a team and strong leadership skills are all attributes we are looking for in the successful applicant.
