Offering an informal fine dining experience, our restaurant at Adamo Bridge of Allan is proud of its Local & Seasonal approach to it's menu's.

Our Chef forages nearby every day for fresh herbs and flowers to augment his menu.  With locally sourced beef, lamb, game and poultry and a passion for seasonality, our inspiring menu will always offer diners something new and exciting to try.

The dining room itself is a comfortable and unstuffy place, with stunning wooden and copper features.  Knowledgeable and friendly waiting staff will take the time to explain the menu and answer any questions you have about your meal.

Our wine list provides carefully matched varieties, that work in harmony with the menu to enhance the flavour and lift the dining experience to a high standard.

For dining & drinking alfresco our terrace of seated booths is the ideal space to hang out with friends, located just off our restaurant to the rear of the hotel you can capture the best of the sunshine all day.

At Adamo Bridge of Allan we also have a number of discreet spaces that can be reserved for Private Dining, we can cater for intimate tables and larger groups. 

Our bar also provides an everyday dining experience, ideal for those looking for a quick bite at lunch or before an evening out.
