The kitchen team have crafted a market driven menu showcasing the best the season has to offer, and what better season to join us in than the start of Autumn.
A ripe month for orchard fruits. October brings a harvest of great opportunity for making preserves and early autumn vegetables. As the weather cools, our game season comes into its own with richer autumnal flavours too. Our fishermen friends in the Isle of Mull provide us with the best shellfish, infused with taste of the clean Scottish Island waters. For the carnivores we have some delicious local quail and pork prepared in two different styles. We are delighted to have the opportunity to share our menu with you and welcome you to Bridge of Allan.
