After closing in October 2010, the Ardeonaig Hotel and Restaurant has opened its doors again as of Friday 9th September 2011 under new management.
We have been in discussions all year to complete the purchase of this wonderful property and now, just a few weeks after taking possession, we are delighted to be welcoming guests once more.
As we move on through the process of building the team and completing the design of the business for the long term we will be opening Wednesday to Sunday inclusive. We are, however, eager to welcome all guests and would welcome the opportunity to discuss all booking enquiries.
At the heart of our new product is the team of James Payne, General Manager and Ross Miller, Head Chef. James has a real affinity with the Ardeonaig and its clientele, having worked there previously and he is looking forward with zeal to returning the hotel to a destination offering levels of hospitality and service to match its breath taking location.
Ross and his team are revelling in their new workspace and have started as they mean to continue in creating some truly wonderful menus.
